The Erleveien 20 housing co-op (borettslag) comprises one apartment block with 41 apartments on floors 2 to 6.
The apartments are accessed from street level and from the underground car park via communal stairwells with lifts – three in total.
Choose from one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments, small or large terraces, and 5 different apartment types.

Live centrally, just 4 minutes from Haukeland Hospital and 11 minutes from the city centre.
From Erleveien most of what you need day to day is within walking distance. The development will have a food shop on the lower ground floor,
plus a covered square at street level – making it easy to pop down in the lift for a treat to go with your coffee, or to chat
with the neighbours.

Landåstorget is right across the street, with a hairdresser, dentist and places to eat. If you have young children, Landås School is
right behind the development. If you fancy a trip to Sletten Senter or Ulriken, the service bus, among others, stops right outside.

Make the apartment your own: buy early in the process and you can make a number of changes at no extra cost. If you would like an upgraded kitchen or bathroom, personal changes can be made for an additional charge.

From the city centre, follow Fjøsangerveien/Nygårdsbroen/E39 towards Stavanger. Turn left onto Fabrikkgaten, then Inndalsveien, and turn right onto Bjørnsons gate. Follow the road, turn right onto Ibsens gate, keep right and continue to Haukelandsveien. Turn left onto Rugdeveien and take the first left into Erleveien 20.
